Pesquera de Duero is a historic agricultural municipality located in the province of Valladolid, within the autonomous community of Castile and León in northwestern Spain. Situated on the right bank of the fertile Duero River, the surrounding landscape is defined by the high-altitude plateau of the Meseta Central. The terrain features rolling hills, dramatic limestone cliffs, and scenic river valleys, all situated at elevations around 750 to 850 meters above sea level, creating a unique microclimate with hot summer days and cool nights.
