Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026.

Rules for using Agronom Work as a candidate, employer or visitor.

01Platform role

Agronom Work is a hosting platform and job board. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing supplier, immigration adviser or legal adviser. We do not guarantee employment, salary, visa, work permit, accommodation, transport or the legality of any third-party offer.

02Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the service lawfully. We may suspend or remove accounts, profiles, companies, CV files, vacancies or applications that violate these terms, create risk or appear fraudulent.

03Candidate responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, CV files and applications. Do not upload illegal, misleading or sensitive data that is not necessary for recruitment. Do not pay anyone who asks for money through a vacancy or message on the platform.

04Employer responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, salary information, non-discriminatory wording, hiring process, right-to-work statements and work authorization claims in each vacancy. Employers must not charge candidates fees or request passports, bank details or sensitive data before a genuine hiring step.

05Content moderation

We may review, edit, hide, reject or remove content and may request additional information. Verification or moderation does not guarantee job quality, legality, sponsorship eligibility or future conduct.

06Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agronom Work is not liable for third-party content, user conduct, employment decisions, visa outcomes, offline meetings, losses caused by scams or information supplied by users. Mandatory local consumer or data protection rights are not excluded.

07Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms unless mandatory law requires another process.
