• Candidate data: profile, work preferences, skills, experience, visibility choices, contact requests, CV files and job applications.
• Employer data: company profile, vacancies, verification evidence, contact person and moderation history.

We process data to provide the platform, publish and moderate vacancies and profiles, enable applications and contact requests, verify employers, prevent fraud, protect security, respond to complaints and comply with legal obligations. Candidate profiles and CV files are controlled by visibility settings. Private data is not intended for public publication. Employer access may depend on role, verification, candidate approval and audit logging. We recommend that candidates do not include health, religion, ethnicity, political views, passport scans, bank details or other sensitive information in CV files.

We may share data with users as needed to provide the service, with service providers such as hosting, email, security and anti-abuse providers, and with authorities when legally required. International transfers may occur because Agronom Work is an international platform. We use reasonable contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Account data is kept while the account is active and during a deletion window. Applications, contact requests, verification evidence, moderation logs and security logs may be kept for defined periods to handle disputes, fraud prevention, audits and legal requests.

We use access controls, private storage for sensitive files where appropriate, moderation workflows, audit logs, rate limits and security checks. No online service is risk-free, so users should report suspicious activity immediately.
