John Deere unveils fully autonomous tractor for row crops

John Deere announced its first fully autonomous tractor for row-crop operations. The 9R series ditches the cab entirely and relies on six stereo camera pairs plus GPS for navigation.

A limited release for North American dealerships is scheduled for autumn 2026.
